Dr. David Ashline

Dr. David Ashline serves as principal scientist at Glycome Technologies Inc. Dr. Ashline is a leader in the field of glycananalytic methodologies with over six years of proteomics and glycomics experience and has numerous landmark publications illustrating Glycome Technologies Inc.'s core methodology (See Publications under the Company tab). Prior to joining the Glycome Technologies Team in 2009, Dr. Ashline worked at the Glycomics Center at the University of New Hampshire. At the Glycomics Center, Dr. Ashline focused on the benefits of MSⁿ for detailed characterization of glycan structure and differentiating isomeric structures from complex biological mixtures. In addition to analytical method development, Dr. Ashline played a lead role alongside Dr. Anthony Lapadula, co-founder of Glycome Technologies, in creating a first generation automated de novo glycan sequencing tool. Dr. Ashline has brought this experience to Glycome Technologies and is the leading the gtSuite™ development efforts along with Mr. Chiril Cernisenco.

Chiril Cernisenco

Mr. Cernisenco is the principal software engineer at Glycome Technologies Inc. Mr. Cernisenco brings 8 years of industry experience designing, implementing and delivering complex software applications across multiple industrial sectors. Mr. Cernisenco has substantial knowledge in object oriented architecture and expertise in complex graphical user interface development.

Dr. Justin Prien

Dr. Prien founded Glycome Technologies and is an expert in Glycome Technologies Inc.'s core methodology. Dr. Prien brings nine years experience in glycomics and proteomics with numerous publications (See Publications under the Company tab). Prior to founding Glycome Technologies, Dr. Prien received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Glycomics Center at the University of New Hampshire.
