gtSuite™ GLYCOINFORMATICS SOFTWARE

Glycome Technologies Inc. is currently developing a proprietary glycoinformatics software solution called gtSuite. This prototype software currently assists GT technicians in data analysis. By collaborating with GT, you derive the full benefit of our scientists' experience augmented by our innovative methods and proprietary software.

gtSuite performs three major glycan analysis tasks:

• Annotation of spectra with putative glycan fragment compositions
• Detection of fragments that indicate the presence of structural isomers
• Automated topology assignment of structures and substructures

  The analysis provided by gtSuite proceeds from first principles. The glycoinformatics tools of gtSuite do not attempt to match an unknown glycan sample against a database of known glycans and do not require the application of presumed biosynthetic constraints. The tools are therefore free to propose novel topologies, which is crucial, for example, when investigating unexpected structures during biomarker discovery
