Applications

  • Proprietary drug production and standardization: The GT methodology provides customers with a detailed structural understanding of the glycans attached to their therapeutic proteins.
  • Predictive biomarker identification: GT MSn has the potential to uncover glycan biomarkers that have been overlooked due to the limitations of legacy technology.
  • Pathogen vaccine discovery: Glycans are involved in bacterial and viral pathogen invasion as well as host immune response. GT MSn analysis of the involved glycoconjugates and their binding partners will allow better characterization of vaccine components and discovery of new vaccine candidates.
